anyway, i've been busy writing about elephants as of late, hahaha. best assignment ever!!

today i watched a video. this video changed my life.

this video, it's about all the people in Uganda who get taken while they sleep and forced to become sex slaves and child soldiers. it's about a boy who had to watch his brother die. it's about a man who decides to make a difference.

over the weekend, two of my favourite little people turned 9 and 10 & what better way to celebrate then have a cute little party! there was party poppers, paper decorations and super fun people.

today i bought a dinosaur toy & read children's books. tomorrow i will be going to uni and learning about little children, life is more interesting being childish.

i went to orientation today for university, it made me very very excited to be starting next week. however, im sure within a few weeks i'll be much less excited.. then kelse and i went to flamingos cafe. its the most cutest little retro cafe ever! i looooove exploring new little places!

this weekend, i went op shopping with a long time friend, i spent lots of time with lots of family members, had an indian dinner party, made moustache and dinosaur cookies.

summer: the moment that every child, adolescent, teenager and college student awaits. it is a time of rest, relaxation, vacation and absolute fun.

summer is beach trips. pool parties. wearing thongs. eating watermelon. driving with the windows down. road trips. sitting in a hammock. music festivals. barbeques. the smell of sunscreen. eating ice-cream for dinner and having a blast.

i made cupcakes.

with nutella in them, and pretty icing! they were very very pretty cupcakes. i only ate one, but they were pretty to look at. so it's alright :)

i've done so much lately. i've been to melbourne, discovered my love for baking pretty things & just loving life in general! it's fantastic. i'll post some pictures of melbourne soon probably.
